Two kinds of capital never meet.

Distressed capital is fast and cheap. It buys at the moment of maximum fear, in cash, in weeks. Then it does what it has always done: cut, sell, refinance, exit. It owns the asset for the arbitrage and leaves the business the way it found it.

Technology capital is slow and expensive. It buys healthy companies at full price and spends years rebuilding how they work. The rebuild is right. The entry price is not.

Arrian sits where they should have met. We buy at distressed prices and distressed speed. Then we do the thing distressed buyers never do. We refound the company.

What we buy
  1. 01 /It generates cash, or did until recently, and the reason it stopped is fixable.
  2. 02 /It is distressed enough that we can buy it whole, in cash, quickly.
  3. 03 /It can be turned within a year by people who have done it before.

Wide on sector. Narrow on situation. Insurance, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, services. The industry matters less than the shape of the problem: good people, good customers, bad structure, bad timing.
